Charges for our smaller items, including Frankie Cushions and Benny Knicker Stickers, ranges from $7 to $9 anywhere in Australia.
Postage and Handling charges for our Wall Art, depends upon your location, but ranges from $15 to $35.
Frankie Sofas, although not heavy, are bulky, and therefore cost a little more to send, particularly to regional and remote areas of Australia. The actual shipping cost will display automatically once you've entered your postcode into your order. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries or concerns about the charges.
We do our best to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, and may vary by location.
Please Note: It is preferred that you are present to receive delivery of a Frankie Sofa. If not, our courier will leave a card informing you of how to arrange re-delivery or collection, however there is a charge for re-delivery*. Alternatively, you can authorise for the package to be left at your home if you are not present. Please indicate any leave-behind details when finalising your order.
* The re-delivery charge varies by parcel size, but starts at $20.00 for a single Frankie Sofa.
With the exception of Frankie Sofas, Noosh items can be express posted to most CBD areas for next day delivery.

If an item is sold out prior to processing your order, we’ll notify you immediately and let you know of alternatives that are in stock. Otherwise we will be happy to process a refund if that is your preference.

Exchange and Refund Information
We want you to enjoy your items, so if there is a problem with your purchase please let us know. Refunds cannot be made for change of mind only. Items that are not as described may be refunded. A refund may be granted as long as the item is returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Please note: there may be costs associated with returning items to Noosh Kids. An additional charge may also apply to return the exchanged item back to you.
Noosh Warranty
Noosh furniture items are covered by a one year Limited Warranty against defective materials or workmanship. The warranty is effective from the purchase date and covers damage that is a direct result of Noosh’s manufacturing process or defective materials. We can not be responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, improper storage or improper maintenance. Unfortunately the warranty won’t apply if modifications or repairs are done by you or a third party repair service without Noosh’s prior written consent. Please note, wood characteristics are not covered by the Noosh Limited Warranty as these characteristics are common and naturally occurring in wood, and are not considered to be manufacturing defects.
