For delivery of your order we use TNT Couriers for faster and guaranteed delivery. Postage charges vary according to the destination and the size and weight of your total order. The total postage costs will be presented to you at checkout, except for heavy items (eg; beds, bedding, etc).

When you place a custom order (eg: bedding, monogram plaques, etc), shipping charges will be notified via email.
Please note that there are NO REFUNDS on custom made orders as the product is specifically designed and made to your choices.
Exchanges/Refunds
Petit will gladly refund and/or exchange (within 7 days of purchase) if the item is faulty. We do not refund and/or exchange if you have ordered the wrong colour or simply have changed your mind in regards to the product. There are no refunds on custom orders.
