Within Australia
For all orders within Australia, a flat fee of $5 for regular post and $9 for express post applies. All orders are posted using Australia Post. We aim to post same day or next business day. Expected delivery time is between 2 - 5 days or next day for express.

Sant and Abel will happily exchange or refund any item(s) under the following conditions:
- Should the item(s) have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a refund or exchange.
- Should a different size arrive to what you originally ordered, we will also gladly offer a refund or exchange.
- If you are not happy with the item(s), despite having no manufacturing faults and despite having received the correct size, then we will exchange the item for another of your choice.
- Both local and international returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns must appear in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging.
- Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
- The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions to easily return an order.
