When you place an order on our website and send payment, it is deemed to be binding. As our goods are often made to order, we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been submitted.
The products offered for sale on this website are individually handmade in London England.
If you choose to access this site from other locations, then you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.
Joanna Parkin London reserves the right to ship goods within fourteen (14) days of purchase via Australia Post, however we strive to ship within a 24 hour period.
If goods are to be shipped later than advised or 14 days we will contact you. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only as we deliver from the UK .As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.
